Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct expresses the commitments and ethical responsibilities in conducting business undertaken by the Group.
The Code of Conduct is applicable in every country where the Group operates and to everybody is interacting with, as for collaborators and consultants as well as other third parties, as suppliers, for whom the adherence to the provisions and principles contained therein is binding for the stipulation of any type of contracts with the Group, also based on a temporary relationship.

Supplier Code of Conduct
The Group has established a Supplier Code of Conduct to promote sustainable and responsible business practices throughout its supply chain.
This Code applies to all suppliers providing products or services to the Group, including their employees, agents, contractors, and other representatives. It sets forth fundamental principles relating to human rights, labor standards, health and safety, environmental protection, and business ethics, and requires compliance with applicable laws and responsible business practices.
The Group is committed to building a sustainable supply chain and fulfilling its social responsibilities through close cooperation with its suppliers.

Whistleblowing
Any behavior or situation in conflict with the Code of Conduct can be reported by using Whistlelink web portal. It is a whistleblowing tool complying with the best practices and ethical compliance policies and including a dedicated and secure channel to report ethical breaches.
This portal is managed by an external independent company, Whistlelink, which has a binding mandate to protect the identity of all who send a report. All the received information will be managed in absolute confidentiality, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations.

Anti-Corruption Rule Book
The Group prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption in order to maintain the highest standards of integrity and transparency in its business activities.
This Policy applies to all directors, officers, employees, and third parties that have business relationships with the Group. It requires compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as internationally recognized anti-corruption standards. The Policy establishes clear rules governing gifts and hospitality, improper advantages, interactions with government officials, and transactions involving third parties, thereby helping to prevent corruption-related risks.
The Group promotes fair and responsible business practices by ensuring the effective implementation of this Policy through education and training programs, internal controls, and whistleblowing mechanisms.
