Announcement of the Opening Ceremony for the Relocated Tokyo Branch

Comtesco Corporation hereby announces that an opening ceremony was held to mark the relocation of its Tokyo Branch.

The Tokyo Branch has been relocated from the JA Kyosai Building in Nagatacho (formerly the headquarters of Nabtesco Corporation) to Clover Shiba-Koen in Onarimon, and the opening ceremony was held on May 15, 2026.

The new Tokyo office is situated in an environment overlooking Tokyo Tower and offers excellent accessibility from major transportation hubs, including the Shinkansen and airports. It will serve as a convenient and strategic base for the Company’s ongoing business operations.

On the day of the ceremony, approximately 20 members attended and celebrated this new beginning in a cordial and welcoming atmosphere over a shared meal.
