Nabtesco Corporation has decided to spin off its Power Control Company, which is the hydraulic equipment division, and establish a joint venture with Comer Industries S.p.A. of Italy called "Comtesco Corporation."

Our company, Comtesco, will combine Nabtesco’s expertise in hydraulic product design, development, manufacturing capabilities, and quality assurance with Comer Industries S.p.A.’s global development, production, and supply chain capabilities. We aim to create new value that has not been seen before.
By pooling the strengths of both companies and by streamlining operations , we will be able to respond more quickly and flexibly to diverse customer needs and changes in new markets.

Furthermore, in the fields of mobility and industrial machinery, where demands for environmental safety and efficiency are increasing, hydraulic technology is expected to evolve further.
Through providing advanced products and solutions, we will contribute to realizing a sustainable society and enhancing our customers’ competitiveness.
